The Strategic Communications Section facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between the agency and the news media, thereby keeping the community informed.
The Strategic Communications Section handles inquiries from the media and facilitates all interviews and media releases. During a typical year, the office responds to thousands of media inquiries and public records requests.
