Autism Decal
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is committed to the safety of all of our residents. The more information deputies have when they respond to calls for service, the better they are able to meet our residentsâ needs.
The mission of the OCSO Autism initiative is to alert Emergency Responders that there is a person with autism in the home or vehicle. The decals enable Orange County Sheriffâs deputies to draw on their autism training and understand that there is a person in the home or car that may not speak, respond to or comply with verbal commands, may hide, or wander off, or may have no awareness of danger.
The Sheriffâs Office is providing these decals free of charge to anyone in unincorporated Orange County who wants to place them near the front door of their home or in the rear window of their car so law enforcement officers can be aware there is an occupant with autism.
If you want to register for the program but do not wish to affix the decal to your home, simply fill out the form below and request zero decals. This will enable the Sheriffâs Office to flag the address in our dispatch system, so arriving deputies will be aware that a person with autism lives in the home.

Due to the demand of our decals, WE CANNOT MAIL DECALS OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA. We apologize for the inconvenience. We highly recommend contacting your local law enforcement to see what programs they have available.
Register For Your Decal
If you do not live in Orange County we cannot add you to our CAD system. Please contact your local Sheriff department for information on available programs in your area. We cannot mail decals outside of Florida.Â
