- Homemade Pancakes
- Flour: All-purpose flour.
- Baking powder: 1 Tablespoon
- Sugar: Just a tablespoon
- Salt: A pinch of salt
- Milk and butter: 1 Cup
- Egg: A whole egg
- Sift the dry ingredients together.
- Make a well, then add the wet ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Scoop the batter onto a hot griddle
- Cook for two to three minutes, then flip.
- Continue cooking until brown
