Sign on Bonus
ECS/911: $3,000 bonus paid in two installments. First, $2,000 at the completion of their initial training. Second, $1,000 at the completion of Field Training.
Salary breakdown:
- -Employee only working 911, no prior experience, minimum 16 hours overtime a month, on midnight shift
- -$46,317 annual with 16 hour minimum OT a month
- -Specialty Tier 1 $1000 annual
- -Shift Differential $2600 annual
- -$49,917 new annual
- -Additional 8 hours of built in overtime $56,019
- -Max OT allotment at 20 hours weekly $74,952
- -Add the $3000 signing bonus $77,952 for first year
